Working closely with our labels, listening to our retail buyers' needs, and staying in touch with what's happening on the street are also key to our success. In addition to serving traditional retail outlets through our field staff, our in-house sales department handles special markets and direct sales to niche one-stops and mom and pops. This approach enables us to have a presence that reaches far beyond typical music and video consumers.
By utilizing WEA Distribution~Rs central and branch depots for our pick, pack, ship, invoice and collection functions, service of our key titles to any point in the country is well above industry standard. In addition, dial in capabilities to the WEA system now allow labels and Ryko Distribution personnel alike to monitor product flow and sales information on a minute-to-minute basis.
