Jimmy Carbone, former owner of Patio and Mugsy's Chow Chow, has opened a new place that unites the neighborhood ale house with a European pub kitchen, inspired by the “slow food” techniquies popularized by Marcella Hazan's traditional italian cooking. The menu at Jimmy's features small plates, seasonal stews and soups, and daily market specials based around local, free-range and organic ingredients.
