Sound Liberation takes the stage of Pianos on the lower east side to perform an eclectic set of compositions by Gene Pritsker. Including the world premiere of 'May The Great Ark Save The Drones' based on poetry of Robert C . Ford and the premiere of the instrumental 'Source'. Other compositions include 'The Misinformation Effect II' 'Strive' (with quotes from Benjamin Britten), the hip-hop anthems 'Money' and 'What We Got Here Now' as well as a groove version of George Gershwin' 'Nice Work If You Can Get It'. Sound Lib. will feature the vocals of baritone Charles Das Krooner' Coleman, soprano Julia Amisano, vocalist and rapper Paul 'The Pallbearer' Mack, sax great Jay Rodriguez , guitarist Greg 'B-Man' Baker, bassist Jose Moura and drummerJohn Ferrari, as well Gene ˜Noizepunk 'Pritsker on guitar and spitting some mean raps. ...
