Reflections is a collection of seven compositions based on past and present experiences that combines elements of jazz, avant-garde, minimalism, world and contemporary music. The album production brought together a stellar cast of legendary improvisers such as bassist Juini Booth (Sun Ra, McCoy Tyner, Elvin Jones, Tony Williams and Art Blakey), improvisor multi instrumentalist Daniel Carter (Sun Ra, Cecil Taylor, Sam Rivers, Jaco Pastorius, Matthew Shipp, Sonic Youth), pianist Leo Genovese (Esperanza Spalding, Jack Dejohnette, Wayne Shorter, Herbie Hancock, Joe Lovano) and tenor saxophonist Lawrence Clark (Rashied Ali).
