Giant Step Records The lifeblood of Giant Step is our diverse global community, united by a common love for music, originality, soulfulness and creativity. We began as an underground club and record label in the early 1990's, introducing and debuting acts such as Jamiroquai, The Roots, Massive Attack, Nuyorican Soul, Mark Ronson, Gilles Peterson, Groove Collective, Gangstarr, Digable Planets and Daft Punk. Today, we remain committed to introducing cutting-edge music, and presenting groundbreaking artists at events nationwide. We are driven by the music lovers, artists, tastemakers and DJs that have grown with us over the last 20+ years, and are constantly inspired by the new talent and music-hungry fans that propel us forward.

All About Jazz needs your support

Donate
All About Jazz & Jazz Near You were built to promote jazz music: both recorded albums and live events. We rely primarily on venues, festivals and musicians to promote their events through our platform. With club closures, limited reopenings and an uncertain future, we've pivoted our platform to collect, promote and broadcast livestream concerts to support our jazz musician friends. This is a significant but neccesary step that will help musicians and venues now, and in the future. You can help offset the cost of this essential undertaking by making a donation today. In return, we'll deliver an ad-free experience (which includes hiding the sticky footer ad). Thank you!
