Featuring three bands of exceptional NYC jazz talent right on the boardwalk at Beach 97th overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, this summer’s 2017 Rockaway Beach Jazz Festival presents an amazing lineup of some of the best jazz talent NYC has to offer. Three band leaders bringing diverse but complimentary approaches to jazz and contemporary music today. From a trio led by the virtuosic French horn player Vincent Chancey, to the classic organ & guitar grooves of the JC Stylles Trio, and finally to the contemporary funk and jazz grooves of the legendary sax player Jay Rodriguez.
