This evening Pankovits presents her project accompanied by her exceptional New York based musicians, interlaced with literary excerpts and poems performed by actor Ádám Boncz and two Hungarian folk musicians on traditional instruments.

Hungarian-born Jazz Vocalist Nikolett Pankovits makes a Magical Debut with Magia, a gorgeous and highly personal collection of traditional songs and standards of her youth with a luscious array of Latin American rhythms. Since settling in New York City in 2010, she has forged a singular body of music, grounded in the Old World but illuminated by the cultural mélange of the Americas.
